David Rosenblatt

Former CEO of Doubleclick
From 2004 through 2008, David Rosenblatt served as the CEO of DoubleClick, the leading provider of digital marketing technology and services. Following his sale of the company to Google in 2008 for $3.2 billion, David served as Google’s President of Global Display Advertising until leaving the company last summer. He is currently helping to start two digital media companies.
He joined DoubleClick in 1997 as part of the initial management team, and during his tenure he held several executive positions, including as President of DoubleClick from 2000 through July 2005. Prior to joining DoubleClick, David spent several years as an investment banker at S.G. Warburg & Co, in Hong Kong, London and New York.
David graduated Magna Cum Laude from Yale University and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Josh Jacobs
Senior Vice President at Glam Media
Former Vice President and General Manager of Marketing Technology at Yahoo! Publisher Network (YPN).
Josh serves as Senior Vice President of Brand Advertising Products & Marketing and is responsible for all of Glam Media’s brand advertising products. In addition, Josh is responsible for global marketing and communications for Glam Media.
Prior to joining Glam Media, Josh was responsible for setting Yahoo!’s advertising technology strategy and for driving the marketplace operations supporting the company’s advertising platform business. He is credited with helping advance the vision of the Right Media Exchange as a vibrant and open marketplace for digital advertising.

Ellen Siminoff
Former founding executive and Senior Vice President of Yahoo
Ellen is an entrepreneur and investor. She was a founding executive and Senior Vice President of Yahoo, where she ran business development, corporate development, and the small business and entertainment business units between 1996 and 2002. Ellen is currently Chief Executive Officer of Shmoop, an educational website. She is Chairman and former CEO of Efficient Frontier. In her 5 years as CEO, Ellen built Efficient Frontier into the largest buyer of search advertising keywords on Google and one of the 25 most valuable privately-held companies in Silicon Valley, at an estimated $275 million valuation. In 2005, Forbes Magazine named her one of their Masters of Information. Ellen has been quoted in the New York Times as an Internet industry commentator.
In addition to RichRelevance, Ellen sits on the board of directors for Mozilla Corporation, Efficient Frontier, Journal Communications (NYSE: JRN), 4info, and US Auto Parts (NASDAQ: PRTS)
Ellen obtained a BA in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Ken Zinn
Director, Digital Marketing Strategy at Abbott Labs
Former head of Digital Marketing at Procter & Gamble
Ken is a senior corporate marketing executive with over 17 years of broad-based experience in technology and marketing. At Procter & Gamble, Ken led the Digital Marketing Organizations in every Business Unit since inception in 2001, including Crest, Iams, Prilosec, Pantene, Clairol and P&G’s pharmaceutical drugs. Ken was responsible for formulating strategic global digital marketing plans for 11 brands in 134 countries. At Abbott Labs, Ken is currently Corporate Director of Global Digital Marketing Strategy.
Prior to his P&G experience, Ken worked for LexisNexis a global provider of content-enabled workflow. Ken continues to Chair the Internet Content Syndication Council’s Advertising Committee (ICSC).
Ken holds a BS in Management Information Systems from WSU and an MBA from the McGregor School of Antioch University.

Dan Hickle
Former Vice President of Marketing at PepsiCo
Dan is a senior consumer marketing executive with 14 years of CPG leadership experience at PepsiCo and The Quaker Oats Company. Dan’s broad marketing experience includes base business, innovation, advertising and communications. He launched Propel Fitness Water, Gatorade Endurance Formula, Gatorade X-Factor in addition to many other new brands and sub-brands for PepsiCo. In total, he delivered over $1 Billion of new products into the marketplace. On the Gatorade business, Dan reinvented the marketing strategy for key targets and developed the first digital marketing strategy for the brand. Most recently, Dan served as VP Marketing for PepsiCo’s largest restaurant customers. Dan also serves as the VP on the Cabrini Green Tutoring Program’s Board of Directors.
Dan received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management and undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Larry Tesler
Computer Scientist FORMERLY WITH Apple, AMAZON AND YAHOO
Larry Tesler’s career as an executive and computer scientist included stints at Apple, Xerox PARC, Amazon and Yahoo. He oversaw major innovations for Apple and served as the company’s Chief Scientist. At Amazon, he led the Shopping Experience Group.

John Federman
Former CEO of Searchandise Commerce
John Federman is a senior e-commerce technology executive. Most recently he lead retail search company, Searchandise, to acquisition by RichRelevance in 2011. His previous experience includes leadership roles include Art Technology Group, eStara and Ziff Davis.

Co-Founder of Adify
Russ Fraden is the Co-Founder and CEO of Dynamic Signal as well as Co-Founder of Adify. His past experience also includes SVP of business development for Wine.com and EVP of corporate development for comScore Networks.
