Ad Operations Analyst/Media Planner

Description

The Ad Operations Analyst is responsible for leading the operations and media planning for richreach, a product within the richrelevance enRICH personalization suite. Areas of oversight include relationship management, campaign and creative management, ad exchange management, and ongoing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage execution of campaigns associated with richreach advertising product for online retailers
  • This person will be responsible for campaign-level ad purchases and optimization
  • Manage relationships with ad networks and exchanges, and other outside organizations
  • Establish project road maps and deliverables for exceeding client expectations and meeting success criteria
  • Will coordinate closely with relationship management group to ensure proper execution of campaign/advertising goals
  • Manage pipeline of online retailers instrumenting the richreach product and guide them through the launch process
  • Hands-on and able to think strategically about maximizing ROAS for customers

Required Skills:

  • Must be proficient in managing multiple campaigns across ad networks and exchanges

Deployment/Relationship Manager

The Deployment Manager is responsible for leading the rollout of RichRelevance’s online product recommendation and merchandising technology on merchant Web sites.  Areas of oversight include technical integration, training, marketing, and ongoing operations.  Upon service launch, the Deployment Manager will serve as Relationship Manager for the client, ensuring optimal service performance, revenue generation, and ongoing customer satisfaction.

The Deployment/Relationship manager will be a critical, single point of contact to clients, managing overall delivery of the RichRelevance eCommerce solution following contract execution.

Responsibilities – Deployment Manager:

  • Manage the delivery of the RichRelevance eCommerce solution to client sites according to an established deployment project plan
  • Establish project deliverables, detailed deployment timeline, and project success criteria.  Ensure appropriate resources are dedicated both internally and external to meet/exceed project expectations.
  • Coordinate and enforce deployment schedule, integration approach, and corresponding budget.  Work with engineering/IT, product management, and business teams to ensure client's technical, operational, and service requirements are met
  • Review overall project status with assigned clients on a regular basis, in the form of conference calls or onsite meetings as required.  Take ownership of meeting deployment according to plan     
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to the client, handling technical or business escalations and ensuring timely issue resolution

Responsibilities – Relationship Manager:

  • Own the overall client relationship following contract signature, including tactical, operational, and strategic initiatives
  • Structure and manage ongoing activities required to track, analyze, and maintain optimal service performance, customer satisfaction, and incremental revenue
  • Responsible for delivering against key performance metrics for each assigned account, including average order value and order conversion, repeat visits, customer loyalty, and incremental sales.
  • Lead regular status calls/meetings with both internal and client business, product, and technical teams to review progress against performance metrics and strategic projects

Required Skills:

Technical:

  • Proficient in consumer analytics (e.g., analysis of online transactions, ave. order value, conversion rates) and Web-based reporting (e.g., MS Access, Cognos, Crystal Reports)

Professional:

Required Experience:

Sales Engineer

RichRelevance Sales Engineer’s are the primary technical resource for the field salesforce. Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users and all levels. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and delivery of product and technology demonstrations to technical and non technical groups.
  • Ability to deliver technical and functional presentations to customer groups, technical, business and up to C-Level executives.
  • Responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

The Inside Sales Representative will be teamed with Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers to maximize revenue productivity and accelerate deal flow in each region

Must be comfortable representing leading-edge e-commerce SaaS applications in a complex, multi-level, selling environment.   • Work with Engineering to continuously refine our architecture at scale
  • Responsible for planning, designing, and implementing the appropriate infrastructure needed to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of enterprise information systems that support Disaster Recovery functions.
  • This position requires the ability to take the vision of the IT Architecture group and translate it into reliable Disaster Recovery technology solutions.
  • Own and manage our multiple data centers across the US and internationally
    • Manage outside vendor relationships—much of our infrastructure is managed services
    • Scale up systems/centers to maintain a steady-state maximum @ < 40% of capacity

Senior Infrastructure and Reliability Engineer

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented engineer to drive continuous quality improvement to our server-side software components. The scope includes reliability, stability, correctness, and performance and encompasses infrastructure, tools, and product enhancement. The software functionality is wide ranging, including high volume content generation, logging, analytics, and distributed processing. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing approaches for quality improvement including, but not limited to: infrastructure and tools development, test environment design, test plan synthesis, product features, and product instrumentation. Job Description:

The Integration Engineer is responsible for the technical guidance and training required for the successful implementation of RichRelevance’s online product recommendation and merchandising technology on merchant Web sites.  Areas of oversight include JavaScript and/or Web Services integration, HTML instrumentation, HTML design consultation, QA/data validation, and technical support.  Upon service launch, the Integration Engineer will serve as Client Success Engineer for the customer, ensuring optimal service performance and ongoing customer satisfaction.

The Integration/Client Success Engineer will be a critical point of contact to clients, providing best practices and subject matter expertise that ensure successful implementation of the RichRelevance service suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Principle:  100% customer satisfaction
  • Customer implementation support:  integrate with JavaScript and Web services (REST, JSON, XML)
  • Define and institute customer best practices:  help clients maximize the amount of revenue produced with our products

  • Serve as subject matter expert on web development best practices for advising both in house development as well as advising our customers
  • Work with the rest of engineering on defining and implementing web APIs and user experiences for back end functionality
  • Work with Account Management and Sales Engineers on the user experience that our customers are providing to their users

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years experience in web development.
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • AJAX/HTML/CSS/Javascript rockstar.
  • Java web application development experience.
  • Background in user interface design, designing with the customer in mind.
  • Experience with building secure and performant cross-browser web applications.
  • Experience leveraging REST based apis.
  • Teamwork skills, including the ability to work closely with highly creative and productive engineers.

Additional Skills:

  • Mockup experience in Photoshop or other graphics applications.
  • Knowledge of flash/flex
  • Web application testing experience
  • Familiarity with Jquery.
