Independent survey recognizes RichRelevance alongside Adobe, Oracle, Google, and GSI as one of most influential e-commerce vendors based on market reach

To determine each vendor’s ranking, Internet Retailer compiled the number of clients the vendor serves among the retailers listed in the 2012 Top 500 and Second 500 guides (based on 2011 sales) to online retailers. This also factors in the number of times the vendor serves each client across 27 categories of technology and services. The publication then tallied the web sales for each retail client in the 2012 Top 500 and Second 500 guides and multiplied those sales figures by the number of categories in which a vendor serves each of its client retailers.
